PT333-3C 940nm IR Receiver – 5mm Transparent
The Everlight PT333-3C is a 5mm NPN silicon phototransistor for visible and near-infrared light detection. Its transparent epoxy lens, fast response and high photosensitivity support sensing and switching circuits.
